• How soon can I receive the product?

  Once the minimum order quantity is reached, we'll promptly confirm production details via email with fundraiser and proceed with arranging production and delivery. If the sales can't meet the print minimum, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

  Typically, the product arrives within two weeks. However, various factors may affect delivery times, potentially causing delays. Rest assured, we'll make every effort to minimize such occurrences and diligently track the logistics to ensure the timely fulfillment of your orders.
