The Cable Column Fitness Trainer is a fantastic addition to any gym, facility or home workout studio. It's been designed to be versatile, allowing users to go from one cable-assisted exercise to the next with only having to stop to change positions. Imagine the freedom to go from doing cable squats with a row at the top, to curls, to shoulder presses, to lat pull downs, and on and on. Multi-functionality, low resistance and long cable pulls make this unit a circuit lovers dream. Coming standard with a 150 lb. weight stack, which can be upgraded in 50 lb. increments up to 300 lbs., this unit features 1" shafts and ABEC rated ball bearings at the exercise pivots to ensure smooth movement. Perfect for busy multi-user environments, this compact unit has a small footprint of only 46" x 50". Filled with tons of features that raise this unit from ordinary to extraordinary, this station offers cast steel weight plates, Dual chrome steel stirrup handles, a 2:1 cable ratio and the ability to adjust to 17 different heights. It also offers 2" x 4" flat oval tubing,.25" dia. 4000 lb. cable and 4.5" pulleys for rugged durability. Includes steel shrouds that are powder and clear coated, providing a mar-resistant lustrous finish.
