I’m having problems with these bags. I am currently using clear bottom load bags from another vendor. I decided to try your bags to spice it up a bit.
I am using using a vac master 540 with dual seal strips.
Since these bags are top loading, I can’t seem to get the seal in the correct location. Most of these bags I have used for my beef jerky products are not holding a vacuum.
Do I need to create some sort of fixture to hold my bags in a precise location? If so, what is the location?
Do you have some good quality close up pics of vacuum sealed beef jerky in the same bags I purchased , you could send me? Maybe I’m not doing this right.
