A patient first came to office with one on her paperwork. I thought it was adorable!! I started ordering them for the office and patients love them. A little something to remember me by. I work for Neuro-ophthalmologist and he has one on the lapel of his jacket.

I ordered these to use for handouts at a retirement planning session for teachers, and they loved them. A few of them were malformed but there was more than enough in the package for my use. I'd say they are almost as long as the larger size of paper clip you find in any office. They'd be even better if they were made with a slightly heavier gauge of wire.
