The Recovery+ is an innovative cold massage roller that combines the benefits of deep tissue massage therapy and cold therapy treatment all in one versatile device to relieve pain and inflammation. Designed by physical therapists, massage therapists and chiropractors to provide relief from plantar fasciitis, tension headaches, tendonitis, back pain and other acute injuries and inflammatory conditions. The unique design features a steel ball that holds reusable, specially formulated gel inserts. Simply place an insert in the ball, seal the ball and nest it all in a hand-friendly grip. Massage the pain in long strokes, circles or hold down with steady pressure on areas with knots or tension. Works great for self-massaging on the neck, shoulder, pecs, biceps, triceps, arm, hip, IT band and other small muscles.
