The Recovery+ is a state-of-the-art device that's part cold massage roller, part heat massage ball and all relief. It combines the benefits of deep tissue massage therapy, cold therapy treatment and heat therapy in one versatile device. Designed by physical therapists, massage therapists and chiropractors, the cold provides relief from plantar fasciitis, tension headaches, tendonitis, back pain and other acute injuries and inflammatory conditions. The heat is ideal to warm up muscles and joints pre-workout and loosen tight, constricted muscles. The unique design features a steel ball that holds reusable, specially formulated gel inserts. Simply place an insert in the ball, seal the ball and nest it all in a hand-friendly grip. Massage in long strokes, circles or hold down with steady pressure on areas with knots or tension.
