Ideal for toes, toe pads, the arch, ankle, heel and any other part of the foot prone to blisters. This is 1 (one) box containing 30 individually wrapped Beige colored Blister Prevention Strips. Once you ensure the paper backing is intact, simply tear off a precut tape strip from the tape roll. Small and flat enough to carry in a pocket or purse.
