Mission: We rescue, rehabilitate and re-train abandoned, abused and slaughter bound horses. Some are used in our Equine Therapy program for veterans and children.
Results: We've rescued over 120 horses and successfully re-homed about 50 of them so far. We are educating the community in how to keep horses out of the slaughter pipeline. We have become well-recognized and respected within our community and peers.
Target demographics: Abused, abandoned and unwanted horses stay out of the slaughter pipeline and use some of them to "give back" by providing therapy to veterans
Direct beneficiaries per year: In total we have saved over 120 horses since January 2016
