Absolutely love it! Second one in this size I bought to have extra on hand! Have used first one daily for at least 3 yrs. now up to 5 times a day and it's still as good as when I first got it! I also have the smaller version and love that too use that one at least twice a week. The black vinyl is very soft and pliable not stiff at all and stays cold for a long time I put them inside a pillow case and put that on my bare skin for 20 min. at a time I find if I use a towel or put it just over my shirt it's too thick and doesn't get my skin cold enough plus the pillow case keeps it in place. When I'm not using it I keep it in the freezer. Highly recommend with no complaints what so ever! If I ever need another one I wouldn't hesitate to buy one again!

good product, gets real cold, bought for back pain, takes the pain away temporarily, I like to put it directly on skin but some may not tolerate that.

This a serious, industrial grade cooling/chilling therapy pack. Told my doc about it and he was going to check it out for his own back.

High Quality product with fast Prime shipping. If you want a high quality ice pack, use what the professionals use, and buy the most widely used Brand cold packs used in Physical Therapy due to their superior quality & durability versus those bought in Retail Stores. Spend a little extra and get a cold pack that will last years, not split open, stays cold longer, and has the proper weight needed to properly ice you down. It's Made in Mexico, but, I think, something Made in North America is better than China or other sources of cheap, unskilled labor overseas.

The best cold pack that stays where you put it and can be used for more then one area of your body if need be. It's convenient and easy to use. Goes anywhere any time even if you use a cooler to put it in. Just make sure nothing sharp is near it.

The BEST ice pack you'll find. This is a BIG pack. It covers half of my leg. I could have gotten away with the standard sized ice pack instead of this one. I purchased this to replace the cheap ones in my freezer after having knee surgery. It has been great. It stays cold for a long time, just make sure you put a towel or something between your skin and the ice pack. It is heavy too. My only issue is when it has thawed out some and has condensation on the outer cover, it gets a little slippery. I will most likely buy a few more of these smaller packs.

This was purchased as a gift for my son who has minor back problems and trouble sleeping. I found it to be a sleep aide by relaxing the muscles along the spine. Though it says not to be used this way, I cover it with a towel and position it along my spine--falling asleep comes naturally. It is quite large and will take up shelf space in your freezer, but it only takes about an hour to become solid enough to use.

This product works very good. I have several of these; they retain their coldness for a good amount of time. Do read the package though and wrap in a towel or pillow case before using.

this is thicker than most icepacks and stays cold for a very long time. The size is perfect for both back and neck or both calves, etc.

Ordered this when my guy had knee replacement surgery. My daughter, a PT, highly recommended this brand. We ordered the large size because the regular size would've been delayed (Backordered). It turned out to be the perfect size for my big guy. It freezes quickly enough to keep him icing throughout the day.
