very good solid cold pack. It lasts long, and it doesn't get frozen. It stays flexible so that I can apply it on my knees or where has curvesrecommend it

This is the best cold pack ever. It has a good size meaning I can put it on both small or large areas that needs to be soothed. Really like using this on my aching neck most of the time.

Ice pack for sciatica is one of the few remedies that works for me and this ice pack is big enough to cover the affected area and lasts longer than the smaller ones...works great!

As long as the date says CE15 on the product it is a currently stocked product. If it says CE 13 or 14 it is older and has been standing around getting hard like you found it. It's got great gel if it is not old! And I love this product if it is a new one!

This product is a lifesaver! I have back problems (bulged discs) that cause a tremendous amount of pain and inflammation. Unfortunately, I am unable to tolerate most pain medications. My goal has been to get the inflammation under control and to do my best with the pain. As soon as the signs of pain and swelling occur, I grab one of these cold paks and Lay down on my back with the cold pak under my spine and my legs elevated with pillows. The cold Pak is large enough to cover my lower back and bottom, right where the pain is the worst. I highly recommend these paks and have 2 of them so they are always on hand.
