I have been doing physical therapy for an injury, and fell in love with the cold packs the therapists have...this is exactly the same thing. Perfect temperature, flexible, stays cold.

I recently had knee surgery and this ice pack is by far my favorite! Unlike other ice packs, this ice pack has plenty of gel filling which allows the ice pack to naturally conform to your injured area. It's almost like a memory foam ice pack in the way that it molds to your body. The flexibility and weight are in perfect proportions.

Heavy like the ones they use at physical therapy. Exactly what I was looking for to ice my shoulder after workouts. (I have a labrum tear). Only thing that would have been better is if it came with a fabric sleeve. I guess I'll use a pillow case.

Arthritis is a bitch. Cold packs really help. However, finding the kind that are flexible and stay cold for more than five minutes was a chore. This pack is great. I use it on my knee and my back. I ordered one that is just for the neck. Highly recommended.

I needed a pack large enough to cover my entire shoulder while not sliding off or requiring me to hold or wrap it in place. The Cold Pack is large enough to drape over my shoulder and completely cover the top, front, back and side. The weight of the pack is enough to hold itself in place but not so heavy it is uncomfortable. I am very pleased with this product.

This product is extremely durable and a very nice size for shoulder injuries especially, The only drawback is that it only keeps super cold about 25 min's, but works great during that time,
