A great product. Gel pack conforms to back, arms, knees, or wherever its needed. Take that however way ya want. It's still a good icepack.

Chattanooga Group offered great price and expedient service on this product would recommend buyers to the sight.I had shoulder surgery and my PT used one of these at the therapy center, we loved the flexibility of it for wrapping completely over the shoulder. We would advise to lay down or back while using it as it is a little weighty.

The best ice pack ever. After my injury this was the only ice pack to have consistent cold for the entire time I was icing (20-30min). Many that I've tried start warming to your body temperature immediately after application and don't start off very cold. This pack was freezing from start to finish which made it so much more effective at reducing inflammation. I could rave about this product forever.

Excellent cold pack! I had hip surgery & this is large enough to conform to the area where I needed it. It also is moldable & not particularly stiff, making it very comfortable.

After back surgery I tend to over do it now and again and ice, for me, is a lot better than heat. This is a great size for that and for my shoulder when I over do it in softball. Have two of these and two small ones for softball practices and games. Bought a really crappy one from Walgreens or CVS that was short lived. I don't remember the brand. Get these for a a long lasting, Quality product.

I love this cold pack! It is large to cover more area. And it is pleasantly heavy to be placed on the back when lying on your stomach.I bought one for two of my friends as well!
