Had total knee replacement and didn't want to hassle with ice or those teeny hot/cold gel packs. Swelling will last for weeks so I bought one 6.5 and two 12.5x18.5, for use throughout the day. I found just keeping the in the frig was plenty cold and just rotated them through the cold storage. Well worth the price. cold and remain flexible. Casing is sturdy; with careful handling, should last for years of use.

It works great and was a much better price than I could get locally. I do wish I had gotten the next size smaller (I got the largest one) for my shoulderbut it definitely works and is just like the ones my physical therapist uses.

I love my cold packs. They have them at PT, so I decided to give them a try. I now use them once a day on my knees, after my home exercises. I definitely recommend these.

I purchased this because it is the same type my physical therapy office uses. Heavy duty so when you lay on top of it you don't pop it like the cheap store brands. Perfect size for the back.

Bought two of these. They are perfect for 'icing' whatever needs icing. Great relief for inflammation. My husband uses it for his back, I use it for my leg. The size makes it very versatile and very effective.

Great cold pack! Very happy with purchase, will most likely be ordering the next size up in the near future. I like the fact its not so rigid, I can bend and mold it to the area that I want to ice.

I have chronic back pain and icing help relieve the pain. Though 45 years of dealing with back pain this is the absolute best ice pack I have ever used. I wrap the pack in a hand towel and place the ice in the area that I need relief in. The pack is very pliable and does not cause bumps or ridges. It lays flat and is very, very comfortable. I find the ice effect is even. It doesn't burn cold like many bags do.I've told my Neurologist how wonderful this product is.

i am a nurse and have found no better ice pack in my life. fantastic size and weight. i love, love, love this product. far less expensive here than purchased in a PT office. i love the fact that once pulled from freezer the pack will gradually lose the extreme cold and within the 20 minute period one should apply, the gel becomes room temperature on it's own to prevent over use in a single icing. fantastic durability. i love it on my lumbar while i am driving distances. i take an ice chest to refreeze. travels well! cheers to relief of swelling and/or pain!
