This is a large very pliable bag that can easily be folded in half for smaller areas. It works well if it's put in the refrigerator or the freezer. I bought it for my sister who had a hip injury and it was excellent.

Stays nice and cool for a good 30 minutes. Very flexible and works perfect for icing my hip. The same exact size is used at physical therapy. Highly recommended product for helping mend a hip replacement.

So far so good. I have purchased several of the see through blue gel ice packs and they have all busted on me after about a few months to a year's worth of use. I sleep with a soft gel pack on the back of my neck at night to put myself in a calming place to stop racing thoughts. It helps me drift off to sleep faster. The physical therapist actually recommended it. I put them in the freezer on the door every day and at night, grab it, wrap it with a towel and put behind my neck. Well the see though blue gel packs break open at the very ends after so many uses regardless of how careful you are (which I am) and you end up waking up to blue gel all over your bedding with no warning. It sucks because i liked them the best. Hopefully this one here will last. It seems pretty durable.

Fantastic cold pack - it holds the cold for a while, and its shape means that it covers a lot of ground either around your neck or across your neck and shoulders.

Fantastic Product!!! Same Ice Pack that is used at Physical Therapy and/or doctors offices. It covers a larger area and makes it much easier to ice your back, or other large area than trying to keep moving the little ice packs!!!!

Great cold pack for recovery.I recently had to go to physical therapy for a neck injury and these packs are what they used at the clinic. I even asked the therapist what he would recommend and he told me to get the colpacs. They feel very durable and are very pliable when cold. They stay cold for a long time even when its fully covered by your body.
