These are what my PT uses, and I LOVED them. I found them here for less than half what my PT would have charged. They stay cold for about 20-30 min, and I LOVE the cold. It doesn't freeze the skin, but is a penetrating cold that really feels good. So far, no leaks. They remain reasonable pliable in the freezer, and mold to various body parts with ease.

This is really really good. It stays cold and is squishy but not so squishy that I end up feeling what's beneath it. I even use it when it's not cold because it is so comfortable.

Bought this (10x13.5) because my knees and ankles sometimes hurt after I go for long runs. It is big enough to lay over my knee/ankle with full coverage and stays cold long enough (especially with a towel draped over it) that I put it back in the freezer before it gets warm.

These are absolutely amazing. We've been dealing with busted gel packs for years, and it was just time to replace them. I'm so happy I chose these. They're durable, conform very well to the body, and stay cold for way longer than the other packs - and they're WAY better priced! So happy with this purchase, and recommend to anyone.

I have arthritis in the knees. I tried just about every other product. I finally decided to buy these. It's what they used at physical therapy. They truly are the best! They are flexible gel and wrap around the knee. The stay cold a very long time. Because they are flexible they mold easily in a crowded freezer. I wish I had just bought them in the first place.

These cold packs are ideal for many injuries. They are expensive but worth it and hard to come by. In an emergency you will not find one at the local pharmacies so better to be safe than sorry.. Get one just in case!

I absolutely love this ice pack. It is great for those days you hit it just a little too hard at the gym and need to relax your muscles. The pack cools relatively quickly in the freezer. The pack also covers a large area so you can expect to use it for longer periods of time without it getting warm. All in all i am very pleased with this product and would definitely purchase again.

First used this in physical therapy. Had to have one for home. Therapist told me even after injury healed I would always find a use for this, and he was right! Everyone who tries it at my house wants their own. Stays cold la long time and molds to shape of body part you are using it on.

If you are looking for a cold gel-pack, this is the one to get. Just slip it inside a pillow case and it stays cold for about 30 minutes. I had knee surgery and this is perfect. I had been using one of those ice chest contraptions but as I am recuperating, the noise of it at night was keeping me awake and then if I did fall asleep, I had to wake up to turn it off. With this, I can wrap it around my knee at night and fall asleep. This is the type of cold pack used by my physical therapist - I highly recommend it. Also, buy one large enough to cover a good area. I purchased the 10x13 and it is perfect.

Bought to help after my total knee replace surgery and has come in very handy for lower back and shoulders as well. The soft gel is very comfortible
