Excellent, stays cold a long time. Very pliable and mold-able to your body-part. Just need a towel or piece of clothing between you and it.

Great size, I use it all the time. Would be perfect if they made a lightweight fabric cover for it, but I use a pillow case.

Great for reducing back pain and injuries. Have been using it for a week while I work with my Doctor on preparing for Spinal Decompression. Am not taking any drugs nor am I interested in surgery. This has been a life saver. i put them in a pillow case and then in the freezer. I also sit on them when I'm at my desk (covered with a towel)/

I wanted an ice pack big enough to cover my hip and IT band area...just like the one my physical therapist used on me when recovering from an injury. This did the job. Quite pleased.

I love this coldpac. Its size is perfect and it doesn't get stiff with the cold. Buyers should be careful since it gets really really cold, use with a towel.

This is my favorite pack for the neck and the knee! Wraps ALLLL the way around (most of the time). Keep it in the freezer or it gets HARD!

Great coverage...I often need to sleep on it due to low back pain. It covers my mid-to-low back and stays cold until I'm painlessly asleep.
