Bought 3 of these, in two sizes. Loved them so much due to the quality, I recommended them to my parents, who now live with them when they have inflammation on joints. The oversize is great for pain in spine or on the side, when sitting in a chair. you can wrap it around nicely for a bigger coverage. This is not like your cheaper drug store cold pack. The polyurethane is tough. Used mine now for months, use at least twice a week.

This has been great! I keep it spread out flat in the freezer...I use it all over my body but I especially use it on my neck...really love the triangle section because it covers the base of my neck in either direction.

Got this after a hip arthroscopic surgery and none of my smaller ice packs w ere doing the job. This one can be molded and stays cooler longer. It does sweat for sure and is heavy if that is concerning to you but great quality. I've used it for my back, neck and hip.

The absolute BEST cold pack / ice pack I have ever used. Still use it daily today - several years later. Absolutely a great brand - this stays super soft and flexible no matter how cold it is.

These things really get you cold fast. My physical therapy office uses these. They suggest keeping it in a sealed bag in the freezer, and to never let it sit at room temperature for long.

Has really help many pains, including back pain, pain from Shingles, and foot pain from tendonitis , gets very cold, place in a pillow case before using, icing help relieve the inflammation, and this ice pack is the best I think, well made I fold in half and stick in the freezer, so glad I have it.

purchased this cold pack after my PT recommended it for icing my torn Achilles tendon area after therapy. Have to say this is the best cold pack I have ever used. the weight of it helps hold it in place and I am able to wrap it around my ankle to get more coverage. It can be a bit of bother trying to fit in in freezer for storage if your like me and have minimal space in it.
