THE BEST Cold Pack you will ever own. The same ones used in physical therapy! I will never use another cold pack again. It will last a lifetime. Worth every penny!

LOVE THIS ICE PACK!!! My 20 yr old gel ice pack finally gave up, and after rotator cuff surgery, decided it was time to invest in a new one. The discomfort was really keeping me awake at night. Besides keeping its COLD for hours extremely well, this ice pack has HEFT, baby! A pleasant surprise was that the WEIGHT of it was a tremendous comfort to my shoulder/arm. Almost like physical therapy while you sleep. I used this nightly for a month straight after surgery, and it significantly helped my sleep pattern return to normal. I was so impressed I bought another larger sized ice pack by the same company. Very well made. Highly recommend!

Great cold pack! Same ones used at May sports and physical rehabilitation clinics. Well made and stays cold for quite a long time I would highly recommend this product.

Wow, these hold their cold!! Would recommend using a towel to shield you. Can be intense after a short time!

Perfect size for when my back is acting up, and can also be used to wrap around my forearm and wrist when things are bothering me there as well. Not surprisingly, the icepack is quite heavy. It's not a problem for me, but it might be something that some want to keep in mind.
