I LOVE THIS! I threw out my lower back and my chiro had a similar ice pack so I had to buy this! It is so heavy and it fills up my entire lower back. I wish I would have ordered this years ago!

This was just like the one used when I get physical therapy, and the price was excellent. What I liked about it is that it was flexible and you could even fold it to put in the freezer. It can also be wrapped around a hand or foot. Highly recommend.

Seems very sturdy compared to all the others I have tried and it is large and thick. It stays cold much longer than my others as well. Great! I'll probably grab another.

It is large and very cold. Excellent for icing my painful shoulder. It's big enough to drape over and ice shoulder front and back, and soft enough to drape.

The blue version of this product is a waste of money; lasts about 3 - 4 months and then starts leaking grey matter, always from the same spot, halfway along the top edge. The clay-like substance is noxious, probably harmless, but messy and stinky. For a small price increase, the black pack is high quality in every respect. I ordered several for rotation through freezer.

Bought this as it is exactly what I had at pt today for my shoulder. This cold pac is amazing and does the job really well. It is helping to relieve my should pain.

These are the best cold packs on the market, nothing even comes close. They are large enough to place around a knee or over a shoulder when you need to ice after an injury or surgery. I gave one to a friend after knee surgery, she loves it. She enjoys the long lasting cool comfort and reduced swelling of her knee.

Great Product! I have been using for over a month now, on a nightly basis, to cool down several areas of disc damage in my back. It's provides great relief from my chronic back pain, so that I can get a decent night's sleep. Manufacturer's instructions says to freeze for two hours, my cold pack stays in the freezer all day, and again, I pull it out every night for use, and put it back in the freezer each morning. (I use a thin hand towel as a barrier between it and my back to prevent freezer burn (which can occur, so be careful). The cold lasts a good hour against my inflamed back. Price was as expected, or maybe a little better. I would highly recommend this product. (Even if it has to be replaced once a year... It is well worth it!)

Great product for post knee surgery cold therapy. Large size provide good coverage over knee joint or ankle. Place cold pack in a pillow case for comfort.

Great HUGE ice pack. Stays cold a good amount of time, and doesn't take too long to get cold. It is definitely good for a home ice pack. Industrial strength for clinic use...maybe. I've had mine for about a year with regular use, and no tears or problems.

This thing is solid, thick, heavy and holds the cold for a long time. So if your entire back hurts this will cover it.
