The best!!!! Great for back pain. Many people use a heating pad, thinking it will help pain. Yes heat is soothing, but you are still in pain. I LOVE these cold packs. I get really back lower back pain to where it is hard to walk sometimes. I don't even need to pop a pill, just lay on this cold pack for 20 minutes and voila the pain is GONE! I actually laugh afterward at how much this takes away my pain so fast. We had to buy a 2nd one because my mother in law is 83 and has a lot of back pain. She kept using a heating pad and taking pill after pill. (not giving medical advice) BUT we had her start using this and helps her trmendously. I need to buy another one so my husband has one too.

conforms to my body & fits into my post~op sleeve /holder very well. gets cold fast. stays cold long. makes icing my knee about as comfortable as it can be. only shortcoming is having to lay flat in the freezer. that takes more space than one would think.

My husband and I both have pain issues - mostly an injured and then totally replaced knee, shoulder, and arthritis. We have tried countless types of cold therapy. This is BY FAR the best. It does what it says - stays cold for at least 30 minutes. And then it ices down again very quickly. Also - and this is extremely important - it's very flexible and pliant. You can mold it around the source of the pain. We'll definitely get more sizes.

I bought two of these to do cold therapy to treat some issues with my ulnar nerve. Worked great, as the size is big enough to wrap around elbow.

The best cold pac out there. I now have 3, 2 for home and I leave one at my business. Great for icing arthritic knees. Stays cold longer than other brands I have tried.
