This is a great ice pack. It stays cold for a long time. That has been hard to find in ice packs. Especially ones that conform to your body. Whether I put it, it molds to where it needs to fit in. The black version so far is the best. I have the neck size in the blue and it just doesn't stay as cold as long.I bought the oversized one first, love the size. But it's pretty heavy. I just ordered another one this same size and the standard size.

Small one perfect. Since having rotator cuff surgery, large was is just way too heavy to lift.Not able to use unless I have help.

Best ice pack purchase I have ever made. Definitely worth the cost. I had major knee surgery and this wrapped all of the way around my knee and was wonderful! Wished I could have afforded to throw all of my others away and buy another one of these!

Actually thought this was too large. Hubby had knee replaced. Turns out his pain went from mid thigh to mid shin. Turned out to be perfect size! Stays cold forever. He likes to keep it on longer than 20 minutes but I wont let him. The old rule applies: 20 mins on, 20 mins off. This is a wonderful cold pack. It's the same type they used in PT just larger. It's perfect.

I can ice on the way to lunch, and then I can ice again on the way home even when it is hot out. These stay cold for hours wrapped in a towel in the car. I have back problems, and these offer me a lot of pain relief. The way they flex around is a big plus, though they weigh a bit.

Love this thing. I have severe back issues and use it whenever I feel sore. I put it on the floor and lay on it, either by itself or while using my electrical stim unit. It does get super cold and can give you a frostbite burn, so always layer a pillowcase or something over it--don't apply it directly to skin.

This size seems to stay colder much longer than the 6.5 x 11-inch size.

This is a terrific cold pack. It stays cold and flexible in the freezer, and all the gel/beads don't clump down at one end.
