Excellent product. Retains its cold for longer duration than previous ice packs I have owned. In fact I plan to order another Colpac ice pack.

It was a great purchase to help with severe back pain. It was the same product my therapist used! I would recommend it highly not just for back pain but shoulder and upper leg also

Very good quality reusable ice pack. A little large for me but functions well. Stays very cold for a long time. Would buy again. Price excellent!!!

Very High Quality ice-pack. I use it all the time, this is my second of this size and I bought a smaller one from the same brand, all are holding up very well. Great packs, very cold, very even cooling...

I have had spine surgery four times, so I know ice packs quite well. This is a really good one. It is flexible when you pull it out of the freezer, but just as cold as the ones that are stiff. It¡¯s big, too, so it covers my lower back and the back of my hips. I am probably going to order another one if I have spine surgery again, just so I can always have a cold one in the freezer.

We love these. Have used them for a couple of years now and they work well. Big enough to cover large areas so are quite effective.

I'm about 6' 1 and this fits perfectly over my entire lower back. Very dense cold pack. Best one I've ever owned. Seems very high quality.

Big, cold, and works amazing. It is great for full back usage or your entire shoulders. I am a bigger guy and there work amazing. I have two for when I need to ice my shoulders.

I bought all three sizes, of this brand cold pack. I'm very impressed with this product because, unlike other cold packs that the gel will squish to the sides and not stay in the middle where you need it most, this gel does stay in place. It stays cold better than the cheaper gel packs in my opinion. The vinyl (or whatever) exterior is substantial and appears it will outlast the cheap cold packs I've purchased in the past. I am glad I bought this brand. Do not store this gel pack outside the freezer once you freeze it for the first time, as I've read of several people that mentioned the gel disintegrates if stored at normal room temperatures over time.

I've seen it beforeIt happens all the timeYou're closing the door.....and you twist your knee.....I bought this because my Physical Therapist had a bunch of them in various sizes. This large one covered my knee after surgery and I didnt have to constantly move a small ice pack around. It fits in a small pillowcase as a cover, and secures easily with an ace bandage. It cools off faster than some others, but it does have a lot of surface area. I recommend more than one so you can swap them back into the freezer and grab a new cold one. I think it was good for about 20 minutes of really intense cold in normal ambient temps, and just normal cold for about 30-45 minutes.Highly recommended for sports therapy and injury rehab, even if you don't like Foreigner.

In spite of the fact that it is SO HEAVY (if you didn't have a back problem before you got this cold pack, you will after you try to lift it!), it really does the job! It stays cold for over 30 minutes. It cools my entire back. Last night I was able to sleep for the first time in three weeks (although I had to sleep sitting up, propped on pillows). I had used this cold pack several times a day for the two days since I received it, and FINALLY..... SLEEP.The description states that it weighs 1 lb, and the shipping weight is 8 lbs. How can that be? I just now weighed it and my scale shows 6.6 lbs.!
