Heavy-duty cool pack that can be used on various areas. Doesn't take long to re-cool. Good product for the price. Would recommend.

My wife says this is the BEST cold pack ever. Has some weight to it and stays cold long. Nice and big, soft and conforms well.

These items are great for lower back and sciatic pain. They completely cover the affected area. I slip them into an old flannel pillow case and throw item onto a chair or on my bed.

Perfect. This replaces a 24-year-old 12 X 14 icepack which is in the freezer encased inside a flannel pillow case which came off an old heating pad thrown out many years ago. When a pulled back muscle demanded I take out the ice pack in freezer I could see that it is leaking in a couple of places inside the case, apparently being handled too carelessly in the freezer. So, LAST night I ordered this new one to replace it. It was delivered sometime today before 4:00 PM. Apparently it came from Chattanooga which is two hours North of Atlanta and I am Northeast of the city proper in the suburbs. I think the little elves drove down and put it on my front porch. Happy, Happy!

Tried one of these at physical therapy. Bought two that night. These are great: heavy, hold temperature, and conform to your body on their own. This size is just a little too big for a knee, but works well for a swollen knee after surgery. I used to hate icing with just a plastic bag and ice cubes. This pack provides a smooth, even cooling effect that is soothing, without the freezer burn of a bare ice cube. Even for breakthrough pain, I've found that this is quicker than my prescription painkillers (nasty stuff, those). The extra large is a little awkward. Pre-surgery, it was a little too big for a knee. Post surgery, its about right to do a 180¡ã wrap with the long axis parallel to my leg. Anyone smaller than 6' would probably want the Large instead,

This brand is excellent I have used them many times in the past. As I loaned my old ones to family I replaced them, they arrived as described and put flat in freezer,

Great ice pack! It's exactly the one that's used at most physical therapy centers. The weight of it is great for adding a bit of compression to the area you're trying to ice. Of course, you should always have a barrier between the ice pack and your skin so a kitchen towel works nicely to do that and also wipe up all the condensation from the ice pack.

Absolutely love this over sized cold pack. Had a total knee replacement and after going to therapy they would Ice my knee down with these packs. I had to have them myself so came home and purchased these. Couldn't be happier. Just put in your freezer to chill then take out and the gel stays soft so it molds around any body part c you need iced. Can be used over and over and always stay soft. This is not one of those hard ice packs that don't bend. This will be your new best friend to healing.

Never had an ice pack get so cold and stay that cold for that long. Large size makes it great as I have ankle problems and can pretty much wrap my entire ankle/foot up in this thing!
