Having used the standard size ColPac a few hundred times over several years, I am VERY happy to add this to my 'Bad Back Toolkit'. It appears to have the same bullet proof build quality with the super conforming gel that wraps around any problem area. The extra size and weight are great. I get a deeper cold without having to pull up my shirt. And sometimes I have more of a general ache and this just covers the whole lower back. IMHO worth every penny compared to any other solution.

I bought this on recommendation from my physical therapist for pain relief and swelling for a total knee replacement. It has been absolutely wonderful. It wraps around my knee and is not rigid so it is comfortable to use. The pack stays cold for a very long time. Only problem I have is I wish I bought two!

Recently had ACL surgery and these cold packs were my best friends. They are the same that my physical therapist used and now i have them at home. Material that its made of seems very durable. glad i bought this, now i have it as part of my first aid kit at home.

I broke my leg in March and had to have surgery. This is what PT used to ice my ankle with at the end of sessions. It is long enough to go around my ankle. Love having my own and not dealing with bags of ice anymore

So far, so good! Bought this one to replace another brand that had split and was leaking gel everywhere. I will give an update in a few more months to confirm that this one is durable.UPDATE: 8 months later, and this thing is still going strong. I use it almost every day for my back and it hasn't leaked yet. I highly recommend it!

This is my second cold pack. This cold pack feels great cold or hot. Most durable materials I have come across in an ice pack. I use this several times a day as I have 3 slipped disks. One in my lumbar and one in my cervical cause me to use these often. It even frozen easily conforms to area needed. Shipped fast. Easy to use Highly recommend. Will order again. Value for money
