cover a lot of area, and stays cold..one of the longest ice packs that stay cold. worth it.

This thing is big, heavy and stays cold. I wanted a cold pack like the one they used in physical therapy. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my cold pack and found that this IS the pack they used at my physical therapy. The gel inside is think and stays where you press it. Best cold pack I have come across.

Anyone who has back, joint or other aches and pains should have at least 2 of these on hand. They are also make wonderful gifts. I have sent many to family and friends who prefer it over other more exotic and expensive gifts. It is easy to care for, practical and durable.

I recently had to have a rotator cuff repaired via surgery. These are the same ice bags that my physical therapist uses and they work great!
