Pros: It did everything that I expected of it. I tore my Hamstring and had to ice it everyday. Prior to purchasing the Cold Pack I was using ice which was messy and did not stay cold very long. The cold pack conforms to my leg nicely allowing me to ice different areas of my leg, fits in my freezer and the stays cold for a good 20-30 mins.Cons: None.

I have used all types of ice packs from gel to clay but these are the real deal. I saw them at a Physical Therapy center and sought them out. They stay cold and pliable even fresh out of the freezer. This helps them mold to your body instead of sitting there like an ice block. They also last for a very long time. Absolutely the best ice pack I have ever used.

Holds the cold extremely well, it is so Huge you can use it as a wrap around, or double it up to provide lengthier benefit.

Chattnooga Colpac is the ONLY brand I would get. I purchased some years ago and used them constantly for bad back and headaches. They were still working but were not as thick as they used to be due to the freezer I think.

This is a great ice pack, perfect for back injuries, or really any injury which is larger than a bag of peas! My physical therapist said it's always a better bet to ice injuries than to heat them because Ice does no damage. We have two of these ice packs at home and really love them. They do take up a lot of space in the freezer, but we think they're worth it.

I have three sizes of these very sturdy ColPac which we use for various aches and pains. There is no better ice pack.

This is the BEST ice pack EVER. I injured my back quite badly back in January and have been doing physical therapy 2-3 days a week since. I rely on ice packs for relief. I have bought so many and have felt very disappointed. None of them would stay very cold or weren't very big. I would use other products and within 15 mins they were barely cold. My PT introduced me to this product at his office. I couldn't believe how big it was and how cold it stayed. I immediately went home and bought this ice pack. I am so happy with my purchase and will be buying more.

These Colpac's get very cold and seem to retain the cold for quite some time. They're good size but we're buying the oversized one very soon. A good buy.

I have replaced the thinner gel packs with these exclusively for my daily use (I have a health issue and have to cool my feet). My husband (a chiropractor) uses this industrial colpac in his office. The thinner packs break open after repeated use. This one holds up very well.
