Most cold packs are too small and inflexible. This covers a large area which is what I needed . It stays cold a very long time and remains flexible.

Stays cold for a good half hour. Flexible and easy to use. Recommend using a pillow case or put over clothes as it would be too cold to apply directly to your skin

This is a nice cold pack. It is big enough that it retains the cold for a while, and feels heavy duty.

The cold pack at my physical therapy covers the whole painful area, and so does this. A shoulder needs something larger than a knee, so this size is what is needed.

It works very very well and the cool part (;) is that the pack does not get rock solid hard necessarily when put in the freezer. That allows you to mold or shape it a bit to fit a small cooler or box you want to line with the pack. I 100% recommend it - great quality.

These are the closest I have found to what you would get in an ER or DR situation. extreamly cold so do use precaution on bare skinbut great cold pack for the money I saw lots with bigger price tags yet these were so much closer to what I had in mind.

Great way to ice any injury. I had a broken knee cap and it helped tremendously--it's large enough to cover ny entire knee and it stays cold for a very long time. Much better than frozen veggies!
