The cold pack-ColPac Brand is an excellent product. Place it in your freezer when not in use. When you need immediate pain relief from back, joint or other areas. This product fills the bill. The cold allows the muscles and joints to cool off and relieve the pain that is bothering you. A great buy and a great product. One of these should be a standard item in a home first aid kit. You may not need it today, but you will be glad to have one in the future if you develop lower back pain or other pain that limits your mobility.

Awesome ice pack! Bought it for my husband who is 6'5 and uses it on his lower back. It's a great size! Folds in half to fit in freezer, too.

I have tried about 4 different cold packs so far. I think this is the best. It doesn't have any straps, so it may not be ideal for knees. But it works best for my back.

Gets and stays real cold..you will not be disappointed! Just be careful it can be too cold...wrap a towel around it.

This is a great, all-purpose ice pack -- the best I've had. The cover is flexible but very sturdy. There are many possible uses (one clever one is to wrap it around a warm bottle of white wine to quickly chill it), but I mostly put it on my back after physical therapy for about thirty minutes, and it does a nice job reducing muscle inflammation. (I keep it in a pillow case to avoid skin damage.)

These cold packs are excellent. They are made of pretty tough poly and I have never split one open. They stay soft and are large enough to cover a lot of area.

I needed a cold pack for my lower back and am so thrilled with this one! it is a great, large size, and is surprisingly pliable when frozen. I had expected it to be just a big chunk of ice, but this is wonderful. Stays cold for a very long time, too! I highly recommend it.

Very flexible to mold to the body part being treated, stays cold a long time, and just feels great on affected area! Much better than ice cubes in a towel or frozen peas!

I just had a total knee replacement and this ColPac ice pad is what my Physical Therapists were using and it worked great. I purchased the same size they were using and use it several times a day during my rehab. I am having my other knee done in July and will be set with ColPac.

This cold pack is sturdier and stays colder longer than the pack that is used at the physical therapy office. This black vinyl pack is very durable.

This thing saved my butt. I ordered it just before I hurt my neck and it has been great. Just the right amount of gel to really cool down the injured area. Durable exterior. Freezes quickly, but stays flexible.

This fits over my entire shoulder so I can ice my rotator cuff tear effectively. It's very heavy so it stays in place too.

This bag is huge and great for covering large areas. It holds the cold well and drapes easily. Easy to clean as well. So far no issues with it.

This is the same size that PT uses when I go for physical therapy treatment. So versatile, best for lying on your back/butt/legs. Pop it in the freezer and you are ready to cool down. Great for ice/hot therapy.

This brand is used by my physical therapist. It doesn't get too cold to use. Three notes: 1. Instructions say not to sit or lie on it. It's to be used on top of your muscle, not under; 2. Recommended for use for 10-20 minutes only; 3. Instructions recommend putting a hand towel between the colpac and your skin. A pillow case works better. The pillow case keeps it from touching you, but allows the cold to come throughIf you want it to cover a large area of your back, buy the larger size
