Having had knee replacement surgery in Dec 2013, I needed cold packs. This one held up and has held up beautifully. I don't put it in the freezer as being in the fridge makes it cold enough. It even feels very cool to the touch when not chilled. And I don't know how it does that! I went through several blue fabric gel packs before buying this one. Wish I had bought it first!

Fully met expectations. Much better than clay product I had originally tried. This was for my husband's lower back and the size works well.

I love this Chattanooga colpac. I originally got it for my shoulder per my physical therapist but I have back issues & it is great for that. I don't know how I've lived without this product. I just leave it in the freezer as suggested, then put it in a pillow case or whatever you have & it's all set. I'm so thankful that I found it & my back is better. I hope this is helpful.

i couldnt have asked for a better ice pack the have some weight to them so they dont really move from the place u need iced

I have been looking for a while for a ice pack that is big enough to cover my lower back and Ive finally found one. This ice pack is big and easily covers the whole lower back. It also its moldable and you can press it down so that it works with the contours of your back. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to cover a large area or an uneven area (i.e. shoulder, knee)

These cold packs are very good -- flexible, gets cold quickly and stays cold a long time, and a nice large size.

I don't know what I'd do without these cold packs. The black ones are really tough and durable. They chill down very fast in the freezer. I do not use them for heat. I had been using a similar pad but blue in color and their seams would quickly break.Although its not recommended that you lay or sit on these packs, I do it all the time. I weight 240 lbs and have not broken a black one in years. The only thing a buyer should be aware of is the contents will thicken and stiffen with daily use of freezing/warming. With daily use (sometimes 16 hrs/day) I get a year to 1.5 yrs of use before they get too stiff for comfort.I love this product and it on vacation.

Great product worked very well. Use it two to three times a day. Highly recommend it for anyone needing cold therapy.This Coldpac should not be confused with cheap and ineffective products that you find a lot of times at your neighborhood pharmacy.

Gets and stays really cold - this is just like the one that I would get to put on my injury at the therapists. Good deal! Don't waste your money at Walgreen's - those don't stay or get as cold and are smaller for the same or more money!

Just what I wanted. Pad is heavy but flexible so it sits snugly on affected area. Very comfortable and very effective.

I recently fractured my tibia plateau and this ice pack has been a life saver! My friend had one simiar but smaller, this sixze is perfect because I can wrap completely around my knee in comfort. Stays cold for quite a long time as well, moves around to form just the right position. Will definitely be using the next 12 weeks and I'm sure through my road to recovery.

Have been looking for a large ice pack for my back pain. Received the ColPaC and upon taking it out of the package, immediately noticed the weight of the product, and the quality construction. It stays cold for well over a 30 minutes, and is large enough to cover my complete problem area. I am so glad I chose this ice pack, great value for the money!

As a lifelong athlete I have used ice packs for as long as I can remember. They always served their purpose but never in the way the ColPaC did. Unlike most ice packs, the ColPaC stayed cold for over an hour! And I mean COLD! I used to have to put the other packs directly on my skin to feel the ice but with the ColPaC I needed to put 2 shirts in between just to not feel like I was going to get hypothermia. Not only did it stay cold forever but also it has a very good weight to it because of the gel inside so if you needed to put it on top of something you would not need to strap it down with an ace bandage to feel the cold.This is the best ice pack I have ever used and wish I would have discovered it years ago! I would recommend this product to ANYONE!
