These are great, they hold the cold as describe and the material allows them to form and stay where you need them.

I bought these after my knee surgery as they are the ones used at my Physical Therapy center. They are durtable, stay cold for nearly an hour and are a great size for almost any use. Don't waste your money on all the small throw-away stuff out there, these work wonderfully and will last. I've been using the two I bought almost daily for 6-months during my rehab and love them.

As a retired physical therapist i am quite familiar with the Chattanooga name, their products, and their excellent quality. These packs were ordered for my personal use, especially for my wife's post op bunion surgery protocol. the packs did not disappoint.they are sturdy, heavy weight plastic covered, remain pliable when frozen, and stay cold long enough to do the job. I highly recommend them. Don't go for cheap if you want quality.

As a person who has had 4 surgeries recently I have become a bit of an expert when it comes to ice-pack evaluation. I ended up beginning my search for better ice-packs after I fell in love with the cold pack that my physical therapist uses. It's great to finally have my own.

I have already recommended this product to others. It is highly effective. I used it after both of my total knee replacements. Order more than one, so that one can be kept in the freezer, while the other is being used.

I've got a lot of achy joints. This fits the bill. I put it in a pillow case and ice wherever and I usually feel better. Its large and retains the cold for a long time too. It hasn't leaked yet either, which the cheap drugstore ones tend to do.

I bought this when I was doing rehab from a hip replacement and it works. It remains flexible and is easy to mold around the area that needs the cold after exercise.

Have had a lot of PT and this is just like they us. Stays cold and is large enough to wrap around my ankle.

I have a pinched nerve in my neck, and this pad really helped: it retains the cold much longer than others I've owned, and numb neck sure beats aching neck!

Great Cold Pack that chills quickly and gives about 30 minutes of use at a time. I wrap it up in a cloth diaper to ensure that I don't have direct skin contact, but receive the most benefit. I use it for my lower back and I find that it's the right size. My wife also finds that it's long enough to wrap around her foot to deal with her plantar condition in her heal. This is the most durable cold pack that I have ever owned and know that I will be able to use it for years to come, worth the investment.

The Chattnooga ice pack, stays cold for at least and hour, form to whatever shape you need, elbow, foot, hip. Are easy to clean and regain their coolness quickly when placed in the freezer.

This is my 2nd Colpack and I won't use any other. The big size is perfect for icing my knees everyday after a hard day of waitressing. It' good for other large areas of your body as well. This is the same brand that I had bought from my physicaltherapy office, but at a cheaper price. Just make sure that you keep it flat in the freezer and put a pillow case on it when you useit.
