I had been using an ice pack that I bought for a cooler, but this one works so much better! It feels really comfortable on the skin. The only downside I've noticed is that the product says not to store it below 12 degrees Fahrenheit. Unfortunately, the freezer in my apartment doesn't go any warmer than -10 degrees. (I have a freezer thermometer to check the temp.) I just store it in my refrigerator instead, and it gets cold enough to ease sore muscles.

The ice pack is pretty big but that makes for a versatile one. I can use it on my back, my elbow or whatever other area needs attention. It holds temperature for a very long time compared to other similar ice packs. I would recommend this brand.

Stays soft and pliable even when frozen, so stays comfortable to place on your body. This is a really good size for the back or you can wrap around your leg.

Great product. Stays cold along time. Very easy fit form to the shape that it is applied too. I know of someone who has had it for a long time understanding and it has not cracked open. Well worth the money.

Love it! Best purchase ever for pain on my shoulders. After a very difficult surgery I have what they call frozen shoulders. Have been through 3 months of therapy. The therapist started using these on me for half an hour after exercise and I noticed it was helping me. I decided to purchase 2 of them, one for each shoulder, and must say I use them every day. They cover my shoulders, and my shoulder blades. They are very well made, they are very soft once frozen, I pull them out from the freezer, cover them with standard pillow cases for each one of them and place them on my shoulders, I do not fold them in the freezer. They have done wonders I must say. A great purchase!

This is a shorter and lighter version of a 23 Colpac that I also purchased for a shoulder injury. I like it very much. Stays cool about 15-20 minutes. My go to is always the heavier & longer 23 Chatttanooga Colpac, but this is a worthwhile second place cool pac.

This thing is amazing. It is large enough to do the job and thick enough to provide cold for sufficient time and more. This the best product of it's type I've ever seen and unfortunately I've seen quite a few.

Love these. They are so huge. You can't buy this size at the local stores. This is great as I fractured my back last year. I also have rheumatoid arthritis so I need the ice packs all the time. They cover a large area.

Perfect size. I used for shoulder surgery recovery. Easily folded over amd molded onto my shoukder or used flat. Stayed called easily for tje 20-30 min I needed.

I purchased this product after a recent knee surgery. I found that my physical therapist was using this same brand.I did not however realize that it came in vinly or poly. I bought poly and I think they had vinyl at therapy.not sure which one is better, but poly has a sticky soft feel to it where the packs at therapy were smooth slick feel with some texture to them. in any case its best if they are used inside of a pillow case or some sort of cloth between the pack and your skin. Overall I am happy with my purchase. They arrived in the time promised, And cold pac sizes and prices were good. I also bought the larger 12.5x18.5 pac at the same time. I would buy again, and only time will tell how long they last. not sure if one material is better than the other.

I had always thought that injuries were to be treated with heat after the first day or so. But when my massage therapist and trainer both suggested a cold pack for a back injury, I was in enough pain to try. This item is easy to use and seems to have really done the job. I put it in the freezer for about an hour - no more than two, and then lay on it. It seems to hold the cold for about an hour, maybe longer. After about two weeks of daily use each evening, i feel better. Some might say that I would be better anyway with that time passage, bbut this injury has been lingering for months. It also seems sturdy although i am not very rough on things. The only issue I have is that it is 'squishy' so it sometimes slids around when i try to position it. I do wish it came with some sort of cover but that's just a matter of convenience. I highly recommend it.

I chose the product as it was recommended by my therapist. I keep it in my freezer and it is always ready to go. It remains flexible so one can shape it as needed. It stays very cold for a long time. My back loves it.

My wife had shoulder surgery and she uses this cold rap at least 4/5 times a day for swelling an comfort.Gives her some relief from the pain . Would buy again

It's flexible, comfortable and, because of the size, can be used on various parts of the body. It gets cold quickly and provides the right amount of coldness (not so extreme you can't use it but not an inadequate amount).
