My wife used this on her knee after knee surgery and total knee replacement and it really helped her during her recovery

I am a Physical Therapist and these are the ones to get. I've got some that have probably been in/out of the freezer 600+ times. The key to making them last is ALWAYS store them frozen. Otherwise the gel inside eventually gets all clumpy. They last 3+ years in a PT office in constant use.

I first saw these at my Physical Therapists office. What I REALLY like about these is the soft polyurethane feel. cheeper plastic ones don't conform your body as nicely and there is a difficult to describe sharp coldness that comes off of them. As a former physics major I know cold is cold and a kelvin is a kelvin of course. I'm just saying that when you put it on your body it feels much more pleasant. The fact that it doesn't freeze solid also means that it conforms to your body better. pro's:1. it's plenty cold and keeps that way2. it feel very comfortable to apply3. doesn't break or leakconsnone

It's perfect for my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. Fits right up there and stays without slipping off. Love the feel of the gel and it stays cold for a long time. It's the same gel type as my PT uses.

These are heavier than most ice packs, so they really put some nice firm pressure on your body. They're not cheap, but I get the impression that they will last forever.

I love these cold packs. Both of my knees have seen better days so I have to ice them every night. All the cold packs I have used in the past have been too small and lost their coldness quickly. These packs are large and stay very cold for a long time. Highly recommended.

Colpac makes a great product. I have used many cold packs through the years. This product is made extremely well and will last a long time. This shape is perfect for my shoulder and neck.

It is a fine tool to keep on hand for soothing aches and pains. Limited to no sweating and remains malleable when frozen for easy use. Everyone with a freezer should keep one handy.

I used a similar cold pac while taking physical therapy for a pinched nerve. After I would do the exercises prescribed for me they would have me lay on the cold pack for 12 to 15 min. I would almost go to sleep lying there on the table. I love the size because your whole back gets the same treatment. I store mine in the refrigerator (not freezer). It is plenty cold, lasts for a long time and is soft and pliable. What I mean is, it is always ready to go. I just take it out of the fridge and place it under my back and relax! It is very sturdy too. Should last me a lifetime. I am careful to not pick it up by the edge. Pick it up in the middle, fold it in half and back to its storage spot in the fridge.

I wanted a large, non freezable ice pak. this big black ice pak is perfect. It covers the entire knee and I actually p urchased 4 of them.there is no comparison to cheaper ice paks that actually freeze nd when a pplied, stand straight out and tdherefore must be 'broken' to conform to a knee. The black ice pak we bought stays ply able and molds to the knee.

I have a lower back pain and they used to ice the lower back with this Colpack. I thought Of buying it to treat my back on days I didnt go to the therapist.This seems to helpEasy to maintain and so good so far!!!

It is very durable and amazing . Its just as good or better then the ones I have used in physical therapy. Ive had three knee surgeries in the past year and am amazed by this product. Best money ive spent on myself in a very long time

These are the same cold packs as my physical therapist uses. They are flexible and get very cold. If you have aches and pains, get one of these and relax :)

My wife and I love our ColPa! It covers my whole upper arm an shoulder area at one time, My wife loves it for use on her knee an leg. The ColPac stays colder for a good 30 min.. Great product, looking at other ColPac items!

My husband has a bad back and uses this every day after he gets off work. It's big, so covers a good area, and stays really cold for a long time. It's a great product! I plan to get more in different sizes
