It's exactly like the one they use at my physical therapy clinic. Even when frozen, it's flexible enough to fit where you want it to stay, holds the cold long enough for my session and is perfect for what I wanted.

My wife likes this and will use it next month after her surgery. I used it once and the wife wrapped a towel around it which made it less affective. I need to find a better cover to get the full benefit.

This cold pack was purchased to nurture our sweet doggie who needed to remain cool through the night. This Therapy pack is of the highest quality and it's soft and gentle on the skin even when taking directly out of the freezer. I highly recommend it if your looking for something on the large side that's soft and retains the temperature well. Our doggie LOVES it (and so do we).

Doesn't last long - it goes warm in only about 10 minutes so very disappointing.

This is a professional quality cold pack made of PVC which will last much longer and is more comfy and flexible than cheaper polyethylene. It is large size, which is way better as many are wimpy undersized packs and it stays cold a long time-- large enough for your knee and it will wrap around or turned the other way will do 3/4 of the knee and some of each leg. Just buy it you will like it. You can't get anything anywhere near this good at any of local stores for twice the price.

I had to return this product. It was so heavy I couldn't put it on the surgical site. It was also somewhat slimy on the outside of the covering. I did buy a much smaller one and I like it, but again, they don't stay cold very long.

Got one from my PT first. 2 years later it broke open. Bought a new one and still happy with it. Much better than a bag of ice or even cheap blue freezer packs that warm up too quick.

Awesome product/great seller!! Used after total knee replacement surgery as this is the same type of Cold Pac used in my Physical Therapy sessions. Highly recommend and will be using when I have my other knee replaced next year!!!

So far so good after a little fist pounding to flatten out the contents.The covering is very flexible even just out of the freezer.It really fit well around the front of my knee after after I flattened it.Great product.
