When purchasing a cold pack - look no further and feel that you will findnone better. This Colpac is well worth every cent. It is the same kind ofpacks they use at therapy places. This pack will mold to any part of yourbody has a good weight and last for about 30 minutes. I bought 2 and couldn'tbe happier.

I am an amateur runner/jogger/turtle-in-molasses. I have a calf muscle that just doesn't appreciate what I am doing. I used this almost immediately after purchase and I'm happy. It doesn't freeze solid, so I could mold it to my leg.

I got introduced to cold packs by chiropractors. They are very useful in reducing swelling or inflammation. This particular version is excellent: large, made of very sturdy and pliable plastic, and works well. It does not become too hard when you freeze it, so it can be used wrapped in a towel and thaws nicely.

You won't find a better cold pack anywhere! The cold lasts for hours!We already had one ColPaC and I bought a 2nd as I had double-carpal tunnel surgery. I folded the cold pack in half and nestled one hand and wrist in each. It was pure heaven! In fact, my wrists healed quickly and I didn't need the prescribed pain meds. My doctor said keeping my wrists cold, alternating every 20-30, minutes helped to escalate the healing.You will be very pleased with this cold pack. I've used it on my lower back, knees, ankles, and wrists and it never disappoints!

This was such a useful product. I have fibromyalgia, 2 bulging disks, and have a ton of inflammation throughout my body. This ice pack is useful for my neck pain and low back pain. It's so nice that I don't have to get two or three ice packs to ice my back. Very durable, I've had this ice pack for about a year and its still going strong.

I unfortunately have a condition that requires the use of ice packs a couple of times a day. These have turned out to be the most substantial ones I've come across. Ive used several other brands and they have all leaked after a time. These appear to be different.

BEST cold pak.Nice size . Had one for past 15 years! ACL repair. Recently got another. And my son loves it for after sports for old injury. Just got another for him to take to college. Got it very timely also, before Christmas!

I really enjoy this ice pack. It stays cold much longer than other ice packs, remains quite malleable when cold so it fits the contour of whatever body part you need to ice. It is made out of thick cover so I expect it to last a long time unless one of my kids decides to stab it with a pen.

Bought this for rotator cup PT. Cooled the area and knocked down the pain after Physical Therapy. Now we use it in coolers.

I recently went to physical therapy for my shoulder and was amazed at how cold and flexible their ice packs were. But they weren't ice packs, they were Colpacs. I got one to have at home and I've been so pleased. I use it after every workout for about 30-40 mins and it stays cold the entire time. The included sleeve is a great idea but I found a pillow case was easier/better for me. An excellent (very) cold pack.
