This is the best Cold - Pack the I've purchased. In fact my Mother started using my original after a compression fracture, so this purchase was my second. This is well constructed with plenty of filler to keep it cold longer. The blue ColPac works well also, but the black ColPac has more filler. It's heavier. The filler doesn't freeze solid like an ice cube in some cheaper brands. I fall asleep on mine after I've been bouncing on my fast zero turn mower all day. I do wear a tea shirt so it's not directly on my skin. I seriously recommend the ColPaC band.

It is exactly what I wanted and needed. My therapist recommended this particular Pad. I will be using it frequently in the next couple weeks, after complete knee replacement. Have been using it for back pain.

These ice packs get extremely cold and stay flexible. They stay very cold for longer than I needed to use them. I purchased two different sizes. The large size (12.5 x 18.5) works very well for my lower back and the medium size (13 1/2 x 10) might work better knees, hands, etc..Highly recommended!

Best cold pack I have ever used. Stays cold, it sufficient in size for most limbs, back etc.I'd never try another type. I discovered this brand at my Physical Therapist. It is truly what the pro's use.

Really like the size and the pliability of the inner and outer materials in frozen state. Molds nicely around joints.

I first used this in phisical therapy after I got injured running on my buttock and hamstring. I bought it to use it after long runs and I cannot believe I didn't get it earlier. It is a must for runners or anyone practicing any sports.

I am a 6'3 guy and I needed something big enough for me.I finally found the best ice pack I have ever used.So glad my lovely wife found it for me.Highly recommend this ice pack. It is comfortable and stay cold and lasts a long time.I suffer from chronic back pain and ice cold packs are the best relief.This is well worth the investment.

I had used this item in physical therapy and it was the perfect. Compact in the freezer, perfect temperature, great for wrapping ankles, too!

This product has been great for icing my legs after long runs. It maintains a good temperature for a long time, and right out of the freezer is it still flexible enough to bend around any body part that needs it.

This is a really heavy duty pack. I can sleep with this underneath my back because it only stays cold for about 30 minutes. It cools down quickly in the freezer and stays soft to comfort to body parts. The temperature is just right to barely require a towel over it. I couldn't ask for better.

I love to golf and without this product I couldn't play....I believe in the power of icing and this product gives me the deep penetration that is needed to help flush out inflammation.

I ordered this gel pack because it was like the one my physical therapist used on my knee after therapy. It works very well. Since it is oversize, I am able to put it around the knee to ice the whole knee at once. Then I pop it back in the freezer, ready for the next time. It saves me time and money!

This cold pack is great in every way. It is large. The casing is heavy duty and the gel filling is very comfortable on your back because it doesn't freeze rock solid and my freezer is 20 below. It doesn't get "burning" cold so you can keep it on or lay on it without any discomfort at all. I just ordered my second one. The size is great also. Love it.

This was purchased to replace a cold pack that I purchased from my physical therapist after knee surgery. THAT pack begin to leak. This one is also large enough to completely wrap around the knee. and has enough gel inside that it stays cold for about 15 minutes. The plastic appears to be at least as heavy as the original one at about half the cost as getting another one from the physical therapist.

great product for use when my temperature spikes and I wrap cold pack in pillow case to apply to my head to lower my temperature. A very effective product for this purpose.
