This ice pack is great. Very durable and it is a good size if you want to be able to use it on your back but you can also use it for example on your foot, even wrapping it around your whole foot. Happy with the purchase.

Large, heavy, flexible, and well-constructed. Use after workout and it applies good pressure and contact, so much better than the small drug store ones.

Have purchased several of these in different sizes and no better way to describe them than wow. Very cold and seem to be very durable. The price relative to size was excellent.

This is the best purchase I've ever made. I've had a lot of injuries and I can use this pack to ice any joint. It stays cold for about an hour allowing you to be able to ice different joints in one sitting. The oversize is great for being able to ice your entire ankle or knee or hip or back. It's really heavy which isn't great for pro athletes who have to travel... that's why I recently bought the half size one just so I have something I can pack in a suitcase and always take with me.

I use this ice pack after CrossFit workouts for my elbow tendinitis. This ice pack forms perfectly to any area of the body that needs to be targeted. Stays very cold for about 20 minutes before beginning to lose effectiveness. I definitely recommend this ice pack for muscle soreness and for recovery.

Have arthritic knees. My physical therapist recommended these and uses them on my knees with a TENS unit after therapy. Hold the cold well but don't hurt your skin. They are strong and durable to last a long time. Refreeze in a short amount of time. Highly recommend.

These are like the ones that they use where I am receiving physical therapy. They are extremely cold and easy to store in the freezer. They are so much nicer than anything that I have seen at a big box store or a drug store. They are soft and conform to your body so that all of the area that you are trying to ice is actually cold. There are no spots that aren't getting the ice as with some other brands of cold packs.

This size is just right for icing my lower back. It is so easy to just take it out of the freezer, wrap in a towel, and apply to my back. No more filling ice bags! It stays soft and flexible but gets colder than ice!

If you have a knee injury as did I, this one works great. The pack is flexible which allows you to wrap around an area. You will always want to do so with a thin towel, the pack itself is too cold, and it sweats.

As far as Ice packs go, this one is awesome. It's the perfect size for your back or to go around your knee. I freezes fairly quickly and lasts a long time. I think I'll get another one.

I have been injured and recently had surgery. Thank God I got this Cold Pack. It is supple, large enough to rap my knee into it.It stays cold for a long time and the cold action is penetrating right away into my aching leg. It fits into the fridge and get cold rapidly again if I have to put another application, 20 minutes in, 20 minutes off, and so on for hours at time whenever I needed.
