My son pulled his hamstring and was told to ice it daily. It was large enough to cover the injured area and it worked a lot better than bags of ice. Great purchase for us.

This pack is great. Even when frozen, it stays flexible and is the perfect size to wrap around your neck, elbow, knee, ankle, shoulder. Stays cold for awhile, too.

I have recently had a knee replacement surgery and this ColPaC product is so much easier to use than just Ice.

Bought this to use for new knee injury - it was recommended by my physical therapist and is wonderful! I was using homemade ice packs and it took several to adequately ice all the muscles around my knee. So glad I have this now!!

I have to wear a neck brace and it is summer. It is miserable because it gets so hot. I bought this to place under my brace for a little bit of relief. It works great. Nice and cool, and not too bulky.

I have constant back pain. This cold pack was recommended by the therapist. It really helps my back pain. Be sure to wrap it in a pillow case before use.

I have 3 of these. They are so easy to use, and take up only a little room in the freezer. I would be in a bad way without their help with my painful hip arthritis.

Our corgi loves laying on these ice packs in the summer when his furry little body gets too hot. The casing of this cold pack is thinner than the blue versions, but they stay colder longer and now that our Corgi is past his teething stage (he used to chew on the blue ones to sooth his gums) this works great.

I bought two of these because my daughter in law has some and I had tried them. These are great because they are the oerfect size for back, feet knee, etc.

I purchased this product after a knee injury knowing that I would get plenty of use out of it after an ACL reconstruction. I was previously getting by with a couple of smaller packs that were more like the size of a shoe sole, but decided to shop for a larger item after a trip to a physical therapy appointment reminded me there are bigger and better options out there. This has not disappointed one bit and I expect it will last for some time with proper handling. If you have the need, this is well worth the price. For me, it was less than a single copay.

Love this coldpac. I bought it to ice my hip after total hip replacement and it has worked wonderfully. I've been using it 2-4 times a day for the past 3 weeks and love the way I can drape it over my hip. It stays cold a long time and really reduces my pain. You can also massage the gel around to get it where you really need it. It's a bit heavy to carry around, but well worth it. Highly recommend this product.

A neighbor loaned me her cold pack, which she had purchased from her physical therapist. I used it for my back, and my husband used it for his knee. It stays soooo cold and stopped my back pain immediately. I like it because it is so flexible and can be used on your neck, shoulder, arm, legs, etc. Just a perfect cold pack; I leave it in my freezer all the time.
