I don't know what I would do without this! I had knee surgery and every day I come home and use this cold pack. It's big enough to wrap around my knee and it stays cold for about 25 minutes. I only wish it stayed colder longer, but it re-freezes pretty quickly. My neighbor comes to borrow it for her back pain and loves the larger size that covers her entire sore lower back. Remember to keep it in the freezer-flat if you can. It seems very sturdy and durable. My physical therapist uses this exact pack and says it's last a long time.

Awesome product. The 12.5 x 18.5 is perfect if you have back problems as it covers a large area of your back at one time. Stays cold for hours and works great!

I bought 3 of these for use after hernia surgery and have been using them for after the gym on the occasion that I need them. They are soft enough that they worked great on an incision to reduce the post surgical swelling and they hold their temp well. Two of the first 3 were dried out and had a clay like consistency but they were credited and replaced quickly.

Perfect. Exactly what I hoped I was buying. Seems durable. I basically put it on my lumbar region of my back and tilt back in an office chair for a half an hour. It is holding up so far. Good size also. It replaced one from a doctor's office that finally started leaking.

These are the best ice packs in my opinion ever made. They stay cold for a long time. I like how they are heavy because it is less likely to slip off. It's big enough to use on my legs or arms. When I had physical therapy for a month after a car accident I realized that they use this brand too. I would settle for nothing less. These packs are also constructed solidly, they will last forever.

Great item. Works for hours. I had one previously that was 15 years old, at which point it popped a leak and gel oozed out. Couldn't live without it so I had to get another one right away. I would recommend for anyone who needs a pliable coldpak.

This is the ice pack they used on me at the rehab center and this is what I wanted. It's a well made item, and wraps easily around my knee and leg. I can squish the gel so that i can keep the cold exactly where I want it. You do have to slip a towel or sheet around it before you put it on ... to be expected.

These packs are a little pricey but well worth the money if you want a cold pack that will last. I discovered these because my physical therapist uses them in his practice. You can even bend the pack when it is frozen and it won't leak. I've used many different brands of cold packs personally and for over 30 years in a massage practice. I wish I had found them earlier...they are the Best!

I'm a former baseball catcher who still has knee problems from my High School days. These packs are great for getting rid of inflamation. They also freeze quick so you can use them multiple times a day.

Great product, cold as ice and last a long time. It's big enough for your entire knee, quad or shin and I'm 6'1 200lbs.

Oh, to have a cold pack which encompasses a large swath of your back and not have to keep negotiating where to place it! It really does make all the difference. The Polyurethane ColPac is sturdy, stays malleable, and keeps cold for quite a while after you take it out. Perfect for an end of the day chill of nagging back pain. The only caveat is that you have to have freezer space to keep it, since they recommend not folding it. I've now devoted one shelf to my various sized packs.

These cold pacs are heavy duty and the weight is great especially if you've sprained an ankle. The weight plus the ice makes a huge difference in terms of reducing swelling, increasing comfort in the process. They stay cold for a long time too. It's important to store them flat in the freezer - they keep much better that way. You won't be disappointed.

This is the way to go, for neck relief. Don't lay anything on top of it and try to store it completely extended, otherwise you could cause the seam to break open.

After buying so many reusable cold packs as I am recovering from ankle surgery, this one was recommended by my physical therapist-they use it themselves! It's size is perfect for wrapping around large areas. It gets cold super fast and it's heavy duty plastic cover, makes it very durable. It might seem a bit more money than one would expect to spend on an ice pack, but it is worth every penny!

This arrived the day following my order and it is great for lower back pain relief. I have used it several times for keeping food cold for outings. It is well made, freezes quickly, and a good value

These are the ice packs we use for our patients in a busy out-patient physical therapy clinic. They are in and out of our freezer all day long. They are the only kind we purchase for clinic use and for sales to patients because of their durability and resistance to puncture. When cared for properly, laid flat (not folded up or crumpled up), in the freezer they last for many months if not a few years.

I have severe migraines and when they hit I just wrap the cold pack up in a towel and lay on it. It's not too hard when frozen, for those with sensitive heads (that could make the migraine worse) and the cold seems to last a lot longer than other packs. I'm so glad I found these!

I love these cold packs! Having worked in physical therapy for years, this is the product we used. They last a long time. We used them day in and day out for years. I own several different sizes of this product. One for my back, one for my knee, and the neck ones work well for necks, wrists and ankles. Keep them in your freezer so they will be ready when the unexpected injury occurs.
