My physical therapist recommended this when I was being seen for lower back pain. After placing the order this arrived quickly. It came in a cover perfect for keeping it neat in the freezer. The actual pack, although frozen, is pliable and contours nicely to the lower back, or any other body part. For convenience, this is an excellent product if you periodically need to apply ice to any body part.

This Ice Pack is amazing!!! I've had it for a few years now and it still gets as cold as the first day I used them!! It's perfect for the neck area, but will wrap easily around other joints such as the elbow or ankle. It worked so well that I decided to buy a bigger size to cover the larger parts of my body. It's great for rehab or sports recovery to keep swelling down.

This ice pack is as good or better than the ones at my physical therapy center. It's freezes well over & over & it's soft & flexible & able to be applied to my shoulder easily. I also thought the price was reasonable. Great purchase.

This cold pack works well for any limb/joint on my body as it is flexible, large, and sturdy. It also provides a deep cooling effect for an average of 20-30 minutes at a time in 80 degree heat.

I have a bulging L5 disc in my lower back and from time to time it gets inflamed and I need to ice it. I was using the cheap gel packs which work on until they leak. Im using this ice pack right now and it feels wonderful. Does not freeze solid so its still plenty flexible. I hope the durability holds out for the long haul. Very pleased!

I love this version of re-usable cold pack. The blue cover seems to have problems with the silicon gel inside and it also tears easily. Not this product. Purchase this black cover colpac. Excellent product.

Great product! The package arrived in just a couple of days after I placed the order. Instructions say to freeze a minimum of 2 hours before use. The ice pack is not flimsy! Totally flexible yet stays firmly in place. Super big. Completely covers my lumbar region where I have pain. Well worth the money! Highly recommend it for people with chronic pains. I can't comment much on the durability yet as I have just owned it for a couple of days. But I am pretty sure it won't leak and is sure to last a long time.

I bought this for a sprained triceps and bicep muscles and I love it and use it frequently during my recovery process. The pack retains the cold for up to 20 mins or more after cooling it down for 2 to 3 hours and can be re used with no wear and tear. I like that I can shape the gel in the pack around my arm and shoulder in order to maximize contact with the problem area. The pack is made of a tough plastic covering of some kind of gel that retains a cold temperature longer than some cheaper packs that I had bought in the Pharmacy. For a little more than what you pay at the Pharmacy you get a superior product. Highly recommended and I would buy it again if I had to.
