Seam split open and leaked gooey innards..guess I will have to go back to smaller gel packs.

Doesn't last long - it goes warm in only about 10 minutes so very disappointing.

I had to return this product. It was so heavy I couldn't put it on the surgical site. It was also somewhat slimy on the outside of the covering. I did buy a much smaller one and I like it, but again, they don't stay cold very long.

I have used this for about three weeks after knee surgery, it appears to be losing the fluid somehow as it is now maybe only 2/3 as thick as my other colpac I have owned for years now.

This is NOT a full size neck wrap!! I like this company since I already have one neck contour, but I wanted a second one just in case. It's not the same size though..it doesn't cover my neck and shoulder area completely (FYI: I'm a medium height and weight girl).

Unfortunately, I cannot give it the 5 stars as many others have given here..I found the cheaper, blue ice gel packs work much better, staying colder but most importantly, the gel packs are much more pliable than the ColPac. I had shoulder surgery and needed the ColPac to totally envelop my shoulder AND bicep muscle. The ColPac just does not have the ability to wrap these two areas.Im sure it's great for others, specifically patients that need to ice-up after knee surgery etc.

Very soft, pliable cold pack. Not stiff or hard. However, it is not very cold and does not hold the cold very long at all compared to any other cold / ice pack I've ever used. Very disappointing at any price!

I must have read the ad differently because i thought I was purchasing a pack that also contains smaller ice packs for different areas, ex. neck pac, foot pac. As of yet, I have not used this enormous coldpac because i don't need such a lorge spine coldpac. It is sitting in the box and I don't know what to do with it.

I got 2 large ice packs, both are not smooth and silica gel inside is hard and not even.I have two other small sized same brand ice pack which are smooth and soft.Gel inside is not flexible, I'd like to replace these items.

I just stated using, it stays cold and really helps relieve Whiplash pain. Seems very sturdy, if a bit to heavy, can't sit up with it, have to lay down.

My Cold Pack got really tough over the 1.5 years I owned. I ended up throwing it out because its flexibility became to rigid to use as I needed.

My physical therapist recommended this product post total knee replacement. It performed extremely well two years ago. However, I stored it in the original box and now find the gel has hardened. I tried hot water from the tap to soften it with no effect. What a disappointment. Suggestions anyone?

I use this for my knee after surgery....Its is a good product but arrived with a nickel size tear,gel leaked all over the box....I was in need of a big ice pack, So I kept it ..... I put an patch on it that I purchased from the pool store....its been on a while now and def stays cold for a while...good product/poor packaging...Very Frustrating

Freezes up well but still plyable. Don't like the idea that there is no fabric cover for it. Also, larger than i expected and much heavier than i thought it would be. plastic pack, once taken from freezer starts 'sweating' and gets everything it touches alll wet. I ended up using an old tshirt to wrap it up in. Still wish it had a good cover and was alittle smaller in size so it would not be so heavy.
