Much too heavy for my back. Using it to cool the ice chest.

Good product. Challenging to keep flat in freezer. Stays cold about 15m not 30m as advertised.

Looks like a great ice pack, but I can't lift it up because it is too heavy to lift up onto shoulder after surgery, which is why I purchased it. What do I need to do to return this item?

Purchased on the recommendation of a physical therapist, but I wish I had purchased a smaller size cold pack. This one is very heavy and cumbersome for an average size older woman. Bulky in freezer also.

It stays cold for a while but sweats really badly. Make sure you put a towel underneath you otherwise the condensation will be everywhere.

I bought this via Prime for my L5 disc herniation with sciatic nerve pain. Unfortunately, it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive! Problems with the carrier and I couldn't track the package as it wasn't updating. Very frustrating as I needed it ASAP!Besides that, it's good quality. Good size for my lumbar back area. One negative is that when you get it out of the freezer after a while the 'frost' starts melting and it gets wet. Always need to use a pillowcase or towel. My other cold pack I have has fabric on the outside and it's frost free. I like that much better. When you are in severe pain you don't want hassles of having to wipe down the cold pack.

Could stay colder longer. Nice gel. Doesn't get firm. Very flexible!

Ordered incorrect size. It does what it is suppose to do but these PACs are heavy and dense. The manufacturer may want to indicate the weight of this item.

I'm not crazy about cold. But I am using it some. Heat suits me better.

I purchased this pack in preparation for a shoulder surgery. While the pack does get very cold and stays cold for a long time, I was not able to use it on my shoulder and arm. It was too heavy to lay on top of my incision area. The weight of it hurt too much. I think I should have gotten a couple of smaller ones instead of this huge one. I guess if I ever need a pack for a large area that doesn't have an incision or isn't sensitive to weight, this would be a good pack.

This is made of sturdy material, but doesn't conform to my body the way I need it to. It also doesn't stay cold long enough for my needs. I much prefer ice bags.

Arrived wet and kind of smelled. Was worried they were leaking already due to other reviews. So far they've been ok though.
