It works pretty good but does not stay cold for long. I like it because it forms to your body. But also when sitting with it on your back it squishes down, it needs stiffer outer covering.

I bought two of these to ice my knees and shins. They do an excellent job of holding the cold temperature and covering the area. The drawback is the weight. I use a backpack to carry both of these from our garage to our second story TV room. They're heavy!

My wife likes this and will use it next month after her surgery. I used it once and the wife wrapped a towel around it which made it less affective. I need to find a better cover to get the full benefit.

My intention was to use this ice pack after a total knee replacement. Really like that it's large, flexible and stays cold for a very long time. Couldn't use it on my knee though as it's very heavy.

Bought this for my sister in law. They use these for her in her physical therapy. She wanted these specifically. Pricing was good. They run about $7 more at Walmart.

This is really a good pillow but quite heavy. I wish it came with a cover. It allows for even coolness. Better than most other products.
