Results: Our supporters allowed 2-1-1 Northeast Michigan to navigate the maze of social services for 23,083 callers helping an average of 1.9 indiviudlas per call for a total of 45,071 life changing events. Over 60% were in need of help with basic needs (food, rent, clothing, utilities)
