Fast delivery and easy to assemble. It is a little wobbly in our shower only because of the slight slanted floor. Its nice it can be adjusted for height.

It was really nice but it was a lot bigger than expected but that was my fault. I have a huge custom-built shower but it was bulky to move around it. But it was really nice I would recommend it.

Construction was good. Assembly was fairly easy. Sturdy and stable. Installed for my elderly mother. I do recommend a new toilet seat and hardware at the same time.

The item was described as having a weight limit of 350, but the directions say that the maximum weight capacity is 250. My husband is 240, so I preferred to buy one with a 350 limit. Now I am a bit concerned that we are so close to the weight limit. That being said, it was very easy to assemble, is sturdy, and it fits in our bathtub perfectly.

This chair is a little wobbly for people who are very and shirt with their stance. If the legs had a wider base on them it would make it more stable

Good product, so far. This chair is sturdy, easily height adjustable, feels safe, and is comfortable enough. Not much contouring on the seat. My only real suggestion would be maybe the screw holes on the bottom of the seat could have limiters on them so that you can't easily tighten the screw through the hole so far that it presses the plastic of the seat up into a tiny bump. We made a small mistake when assembling it, because I thought someone had said the seat back was optional -but it turned out that the tubing for the back was required for the screws to fit right to attach the leg tubes structure. Totally our mistake, but now we have 4 tiny bumps pushed up in the plastic of the seat in those four locations. They didn't push all the way through the plastic and to be honest I don't really notice them when I'm sitting on the seat. Oh so I guess the other suggestion would be if the design could somehow permit assembly without the seat back? I think 4 extra screws of the right length might suffice. It would be more versatile.

Having suffered several disabilities as I aged and upon the advice of Physical and Occupational Therapists I purchased one. It took some 'getting used to' but it becomes a reassuring necessity.Highly recommended!
