These are good bands. I am a physical therapist and use them in my practice. Unfortunately they are kinda pricey.

I got this last week, took it out of the package this morning, darn thing shredded on first use. I went to use it, and stretched it slightly and it tore in half. It was a huge waste of money. I do NOT recommend this.

Long lasting and good resistance. Doesn't take space at all, doesn't dig into your skin and still provides great resistance.

These are perfect for doing all the leg exercises. I had knee surgery few months back and as part of rehab I m using it.
