Great product. I have a bad tennis elbow. By using Flexbar my problem is getting better.

I have tennis elbow and its has strengthen it so that I may continue playing the sports that I enjoy

I got this based on a report in the New York Times of a study on using these to treat Golfer's elbow.

The Flexbar arrived quickly and is as promised -- flexible plastic bars for strengthening arms, wrists and hands. I bought two different strengths to help with my tendonitis, or "computer elbow." Although I look a little odd doing the exercises in the car (not while driving!), it has definitely helped, so I can recommend them. Simple, low-tech and cheap, but well-made!
