Product was recommended by coworker who does physical therapy and swears by these. Only thing was box was worn and seemed to be previously used maybe. No covering of product like shoes in a shoe box. Maybe they dont do that. Product was intact and not ripped. Still keeping for use.

I'm so glad that I could get these at a very reasonable price. They are exactly like the ones I used in Occupational Therapy. I am so happy that I can do the same exercises at home. They are great!

I have them for months and they are still perfect. I have not break any of the extra finger rubbers, they work good and having different firmness helps you to adapt your muscles progressively.

Three different strengths for progression of improvement. Bad day? Go back to lesser one. Easier to do.

I have owned the medium Red ball since 2008 when Doc Zac gave it to me to help with my dupuytren's contracture. Sadly it did not work for that. Recently had surgery for the dupuytren's and the Red ball is still almost new looking. I have used it sporadically over the years. It's a great product that is helping me as I strengthen my left hand after the surgery. DO NOT WAIT, this is a wonderful product.

I use the orange ball which gives my hand a good workout. The finger things are way too small though. They cut off the circulation In my fingers a little. They should probably make a set for men with big hands/fingers. I'll use them anyway because I'm dropping tools lately and that out weights the circulation thing.

My chiropractor suggested this product. After a long day of driving I use it when I get home to stretch out my hand and it helps a great deal.

It is designed to strengthen the hand and fingers but it should have been put together, too difficult.. Very unsatisfying.

These are perfect for gaining progressive strength. I like that you can use either the ball or the bands separate from one another. Having the varience of resistance to select from is really a nice feature. Also thought the hole in the balls that serve for even another type of strenght and flexibility builder is genius.

If you, like me, you or a friend had hand surgery recently, and you need to exercise your fingers while not putting hard objects on your wrist or in the palm of your hand, you will find this is, very likely, the exercising equipment you are looking for. This ball and finger loops are for people whose muscular strength may not be the best, to those who are pretty strong. I think nearly everybody should be able to find their preferred ball and finger loops difficulty level. I am so glad I decided to give this a try. I wanted something that was not difficult for me to use ( in terms of strength).
