I am a yoga teacher and an avid runner and Yoga Toes are one of my favorite tools! I would not go without them! I know how important our feet are in yoga, in running and in life! After all - who wants foot pain?! You can go get all the snazzy pedicures you want, but if your feet and legs hurt - what's the point?Yoga toes are gentle yet effective. You might feel like it's torture the first time - especially if your feet and toes really are tight but start out a little at a time and you will be surprised at the results! Over time the tension will subside and your feet and legs will have some relief. I would say foot pain is one of the biggest reasons people are sidelined from running. Foot pain is miserable! Do something proactive so you can feel better. Yoga helps with our toes and feet as well, and Yoga Toes reinforces this practice. I personally used to have hammer toes and a he beginnings of bunions when I first began practicing yoga. My feet steadily improved. Back then I didn't know about Yoga Toes. Once I found them I wished I had had them sooner. It was actually my mom who introduced me to Yoga Toes and I've used them ever since. I run half marathons so I encounter lots of foot tightness. These have helped me prevent plantar fasciitis as well! This is one more awesome tool I recommend for your self care and stretching/ strengthening regimen! Great quality product, reasonably priced, very durable and easy to use. The gel is soft so it is not harsh on your right feet. You can even walk around with them on. Great product and gives great results if used regularly. I recommend daily if possible.
