You can still feel the stretch after the first use. I like that other reviewers also recommended 10-15 minutes at first as the instructions also tell you. I could not believe how bad I needed these until using them today. Small socks and shoes both contributed to crooked toes. Just be gentle at first, especially if you have squatty pinky toes that were previously broken and healed poorly simply by bad design to start with. I chose the Yoga toes even though they cost a lot more because high quality does matter, as I learned the hard way with buying cheap shoes for too many years. You get what you pay for.
