The material does not disintegrate after a few uses but keeps its shape. I like that the partitions are not connected at the top. That way I have more flexibility.

This is my second - or third? - pair of these. They help keep my feet in the same shape as they were when I taught yoga every day. They're like a foot massage.

I have only had these for a day but they are way more durable and way more challenging than the cheap $10 set I had previously. Those lasted a year before they broke but they were in poor shape before they broke. This set is a way tougher silicone and also provides larger spacing which is a welcome challenge.

I feel great after I wear these for a half hour or longer. My podiatrist insist that they will not prevent or improve anything other than to make me feel a bit better - and so far that seems to be the case - a refresher for toe issues but maybe not a magic solution

I keep lengthening the time I wear these and the effects actually last through most of the next day. Don't know that they'll cure my bunions, but they really do help!

I had purchased these after trying a cheaper version. I am so glad I made the investment in these! They take some time to get used to putting on. You do need to 'ramp up' how much time you spend wearing them. I started at 5 minutes, then 15, then 30, and now usually wear them around the house when I am reading/watching tv/etc. They are difficult to walk on, but I wasn't expecting to be able to do so. They are sturdy, and I am not afraid that they are going to snap apart. If you are on the fence about purchasing these like I was, go ahead and do it!My feet feel so much more relaxed, my bunions are better, and after a day of wearing steel toe boots and heavy socks, my feet LOVE these!

I have only used twice and am amazed at the relief. The first time was at night and the next morning I would tell a difference. I used again this afternoon. I know it will take some time to get the full effect, but I expect that relief will only get better.

I upgraded to these after trying a more simple silicone toe stretcher. I now where those in running shoes for several hours. This toe stretcher provides MUCH more stretch. I can only wear them for about 30 minutes before needing to take them off. I can stand/walk in them but they're not that comfortable to wear and generally more tolerable when sitting/laying. I do notice a change in my arch pain. It has decreased with consistent use which I really appreciate. They're definitely worth it but be mindful of how/when you plan to wear these.

I recently began having bunion pain for the first time ever in my life (38f). I did a quick self-google diagnosis. Desperate for relief, I discovered toe spreading. Was hesitant to buy yoga gems because of the higher price but pulled the trigger after seeing the instant benefits of smaller cheaper versions I bought. If you're on the fence, I recommend the brand name yoga gems! These things are truly a gem for foot pain relief! I am fully converted to wearing these daily and improving my foot health! For the past 4 months I have been standing 8 hours a day as a server in a restaurant. This past week I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel and believe this strategy will keep improving my bunion pain! I have a large women's size 10, wide foot -even wider now with my bunions. Btw, I hate my ugly fat feet and the only reason I did this review is because I love the product...an unbiased, uncompensated review.

Love these things! Thought they'd be hard but they're squishy. Didn't know how much my toes needed a stretch until I got these Healing a severe leg and ankle break and these help tremendously.
